Regional Account Executives
We are in need of highly motivated self-starters to join our team as Regional Account Executives. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and drive sales in a B2B corporate environment. She/he must be confident with high degree of professionalism, assertive style and tenacity to deliver. If you have experience in the garment or textiles industries that is a major plus. You will need to utilize promotions to generate brand awareness and increase sales. You will be expected to actively seek out opportunities to meet our brand objectives and achieve sales goals. Ability to develop and maintain reports, contact lists, schedules, budgets, and monitor legal agreements necessary. Must be able to effectively utilize all creative and printed and web product/brand materials created by Marketing Department to procure sales opportunities. Ability to prospect develops and manages a sales pipeline, and work with marketing to identify new markets/contacts. You will report to the Director of sales weekly tasks/results. We are seeking someone that can meet weekly/monthly sales goals objectives consistently.

We are seeking Account Managers. Candidate must have strong motivational, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Also must have the ability to handle several complex tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Ideal candidate will maintain strong product knowledge and analytical ability. She/he will be responsible for the day-to-day efficient operations of the sales. The best candidate and customer service teams will provide outstanding service to our clients, while building strong customer relationships. Must be able to create an environment conducive to sales expansions and seek out new business opportunities. Candidate will need to immediately resolve any sales operational problems or issues. Will produce required reports on schedule and direct, lead, train and inspire the team members to reach weekly/monthly goals.
-BS degree in business or equivalent work experience is required.
-Candidate should have minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience working with sales and customer service team, preferably in the garment industry.
-Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality of work.
-Intermediate computer skills are required.
-Actively prospect for new accounts (cold calling, responding to info requests, etc.)
-Forecast and track key account metrics; meet aggressive sales goals
-Maintain profitable relationships with portfolio of accounts; grow per account value
-Serve as bridge between customers and internal teams (fulfillment, merchandising, etc.)
-Identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory, collaborating with outside sales team as needed
-2+ years sales experience
-Experience within the Public Safety uniform and equipment market is preferred (retail sales at a uniform store, manufacturer sales rep, etc.)

Director Marketing and Sales
-Working with the Executives staff team, identifies business development and critical priorities for short/long term planning.
-Designs, implements, and manages sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes.
-Ensures sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the sales organization.
-Spearhead the ideation and prioritization of business development opportunities/ initiatives that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy.
-Identify and understand internal and external company gaps and drivers of cost and revenue to determine strategic business solutions.
-Development of go-to-market business plans through to corporate integration and execution, including risk analysis and contingency plans.
-Build revenue generation and strategic partnerships within the context of the overall strategic priorities.
-Implementing metrics and measuring results with business leaders to ensure goals are achieved.
-Build and manage a business development team (leveraging both internal partners and external consultants). Requires up to 50% travel
-Bachelor of Arts, preferably in journalism and/or communications 10 years of industry experience in a well-established, design/fashion/beauty/creative role with a proven track record of success.
-Apparel industry experience preferred in a corporate setting and with luxury product
-Advanced proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook applications.
-Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, photographic qualities, image resolutions and file types.
-Writing skills mandatory (press releases, strategy memos, brand plans).
-Superior verbal communication skills with ability to respond appropriately to difficult questions and request on an immediate basis.
-Understanding, appreciation and articulation of the brand.
-Ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis.

-Must be forklift certified for sit down, stand up, reach truck, clamps, turret, cherry picker/order puller, riding jack.
-Provide leadership and direction to a team of warehouse operations personnel as they carry out daily warehouse functions. Organize data on plant functioning as well as employee attendance and performance.
-Ensure that operational resources, including equipment and human talent, are properly allocated in relation to daily needs.
-Serve as a role model to all subordinate staff in the completion of the Company’s Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality Policy objectives.
-Serve as a mentor, leader, and team builder.
-Coordinate the efforts of shipping and operations personnel to ensure that all orders go out on time. Understand how the effects of labor, energy, and material usage affect a company financially.
-Liaise between subordinate staff and senior management to ensure organizational goals and objectives are effectively communicated and met. Communicate to subordinates a change in job expectations. Address problems immediately as they arise instead of waiting for direction.
-3-5 years of lead experience in a distribution center environment.
-Extensive Supply chain process expertise including some manufacturing, inbound receiving, storage, retrieval (full pallets, case pick, layer pick), shipping, transportation, etc.
-Excellent organizational and management skills to include the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and assign responsibilities accordingly.
-Excellent inter-personal and leadership skills.
-Strong computer and technology skills to include a proficiency in MS Office applications.
-Bilingual Spanish a plus but not required
